2010 Legislative Wrap-Up
Below is a summary of selected disability and assistive technology-related bills considered during Missouri's past legislative session. Remember, bills are still subject to veto by the Governor. The summary is divided into three sections: “Bills That Passed”, “Appropriations” and “Bills That Did Not Pass”. The FY2012 budget (begins June 1st) is still $350 million out of balance. The Governor will announce more budget reductions this month as he signs the appropriation bills.
