We have recently changed the online invoice from an online form to a PDF form.
One difference is that you will email the invoice to Missouri Assistive Technology instead of the form processing online.
Some things to note:
- The form buttons will not work in the Chrome browser.
- When you go to the CSP Invoice, save it to your desktop, then open it in either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. (optionally, if you are using Internet Explorer browser, the invoice seems to open and submit via a desktop email client the best in this browser).
- Tab through and fill out the form. The form automatically calculates the hours and mileage just as the previous form did. The pdf form saves your data in Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
- At the bottom of the form is a submit button. The submit button is set to email both krooff@mo-at.org and bwhitlock@mo-at.org. The form will detect whether you have a desktop email client configured and then will automatically create the email, including the attached invoice form to send.
- If you do not have a desktop email client configured or your browser cannot detect one, the other option is to save the PDF invoice you have filled out to your desktop. Then you will access your web email client (ie, Google), send an email to krooff@mo-at.org and bwhitlock@mo-at.org and then insert the attached invoice for processing.
