Power Up AT Conference and Expo General Information

All conference attendees, presenters and exhibitors will be responsible for securing their own lodging. Please contact the Holiday Inn Executive Center 573-445-8531 to make your lodging reservation.

A discounted room rate of $127 per night is being offered for Power Up 2024 until February 28, 2024 or based on availability. Please mention that you are with the Power Up 2024 Conference to receive this discounted lodging rate. The hotel will fill all of the rooms allowed, so please make your reservation soon. Remember to inform the hotel of any room access needs.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than March 22, 2024. After this date refund requests will not be accepted, but substitutions will be allowed. Please email to Jamie@custommeetingplanners.com

Occupational Therapists CEUs have been pre-approved by KOTA. Remember to grab your sign-in attendance form at the registration desk and return it at the end of the conference.

Speech Language Pathologists, Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals including: CRC, CVA, CWA, CRL, and Education Professionals will be awarded a certificate of attendance that can be used towards certification maintenance.  A General Certificate of Attendance is available for anyone who requests it.

Individuals are responsible for turning in the required paperwork for their respective credentialing board.
