The device loan program offers Missourians a wide variety of assistive technology for use during device trials, when personal devices are in for repair or for exploration.
The program is free, easy to use, and offers a wide range of devices including AAC devices, iPads and iPad apps, computer access, vision, hearing, daily living aids and more. Device loans are for 5-weeks and are shipped to borrowers at no charge.
Steps For Borrowing Equipment:
Complete a Loan Agreement
Organizations or individuals that wish to borrow must have a signed loan agreement on record.
FIND WHAT YOU WANT TO BORROW
SUBMIT A DEVICE REQUEST FORM
Complete one or both depending on your need. (Please note that high demand for some items may result in you being placed on a waitlist)
SHIPPING AND RETURNING DEVICES
Requests are processed and shipped free of charge to the requester within 3-5 business days. A prepaid return UPS label is included with all loans. Use the prepaid label when shipping items back at the end of the 5-week loan period. Include the completed survey form with the devices.
